Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mira, a voice-based self-reflection companion app, and the website at talktomira.co (together, the "Service"), provided by Vitalis Longevity Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

What Mira is — and is not

Mira offers guided self-reflection and journaling through voice and text, drawing on themes from Jungian psychology. It is a tool for personal reflection only. It is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical provider, and nothing it says should be taken as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. If you have a medical or mental health concern, seek help from a qualified professional.

Crisis situations

The Service is not designed for emergencies or crisis support. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, or any medical emergency, stop using the Service and contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@talktomira.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Your first 5-minute voice conversation is free. Continued use requires a paid subscription ("Mira Pro").
• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vitalis Longevity Ltd and is protected by law. Your conversations belong to you; we make no claim of ownership over what you share.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalis Longevity Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
