This Privacy Policy explains how Vitalis Longevity Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Mira, our voice-based self-reflection companion app, and the website at talktomira.co (together, the "Service"). We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Voice recordings and audio: when you speak with Mira, your audio is captured and processed so the Service can respond.
• Conversation content: transcripts and content of your conversations, including any reflections you share, so the Service can respond and, where you choose, provide continuity between sessions.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app interactions, and session times, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Subscription information: if you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple and our payment partner; we receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your full payment card details.

How we use your information

• To provide the core Service — enabling voice conversations and responses.
• To provide continuity, where you choose "continue where we left off", by referring to your own earlier conversations.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To communicate with you about the Service where necessary.

Third-party services we use to process your data

To deliver the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors who act on our instructions:

• Anthropic — provides the AI model that generates Mira's responses. Your conversation content is processed to produce replies.
• ElevenLabs — provides speech-to-text and the voice you hear. Your audio is processed to understand and respond to you.
• Lovable Cloud — provides our application backend, authentication, and secure data storage.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status.
• Apple — processes payments and delivers the app.

These providers are bound by their own data-protection obligations and process data only to provide their service to us.

How your conversations are used

Your conversations are private to your account. We use them to operate the Service and to provide continuity for you. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversations to advertise to you.

Data retention

We keep your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights").

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@talktomira.co. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We are based in the United Kingdom. If you access the Service from outside the UK, your information may be processed in the UK and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date above.
